Website checklist for wedding planners
A wedding planner’s website has to show taste, calm and capability, and make it easy to check availability. This checklist covers services, real weddings, vendors and enquiry basics, then everything else I check.

What a planning business website must get right first
Couples are hiring someone to take the stress off one of the biggest days of their lives. They want to see real weddings you planned, understand the service levels, and know whether you are free on their date. I start with real wedding stories, clear services, and a date-first enquiry.
How to use this checklist
28 checks in 6 groups.
Open your website in another tab and go group by group.
Tick an item only when you have checked it on the live site, on a phone as well as a computer.
Start with content and conversion.
Those groups are the most specific to wedding planners, and they are where most enquiries are won or lost.
Leave technical and AI search items for last.
They matter, but they are easier to fix in one pass, and the free tools linked below help with most of them.

Wedding planners websites: questions
Starting prices or ranges for each service level help couples decide to reach out. Full quotes can follow the discovery call.
Couples search for planners who know their venue. A page showing a real wedding there, with practical notes, answers that and builds trust.
The date. If you are not available, nothing else matters. Then venue, guest count and budget range.
