Web design for realtors in Calgary
I design and build websites for realtors in Calgary, planned around what local clients search and one clear action: book a call to talk about buying or selling.

Send me your site. I’ll look at it the way someone in Calgary would when choosing a real estate business, and tell you what I’d change first.
What Calgary clients search
Buyers search by neighbourhood and price range, sellers by city and "realtor near me". Neighbourhood guides, a Google Business Profile and IDX search help you show up for both. Calgarians search by quadrant and community: "dentist NW Calgary", "physio Kensington", "renovation company SW Calgary". The city is spread out, so most people only consider businesses on their side of the river or near their commute. A site that names the communities you actually serve, and a Google Business Profile that matches it, does more than generic city-wide copy.
- realtor calgary
- luxury realtor calgary
- homes for sale calgary
- best neighbourhoods in calgary
- real estate agent near me
- realtor beltline
- luxury realtor kensington
- homes for sale inglewood
Areas that come up in Calgary searches: Beltline, Kensington, Inglewood, Marda Loop, Mission, Bridgeland, East Village and Seton.
Property in Calgary
Realtors, property managers and developers in Calgary work across very different markets, from inner-city condos and infills to new communities on the edges of the city. A good site lets people search by community and shows local knowledge, not just a feed of listings.
Calgary is home to many of Canada's energy head offices, and the city has spent the last decade broadening around them. Tech companies, logistics and distribution along the east side, agriculture business, finance and a deep bench of professional firms now sit alongside oil and gas. Tourism peaks every July with the Stampede, and the mountains an hour west shape how people here live and spend.
Rules for realtors in Alberta
Real Estate Council of Alberta. RECA regulates real estate professionals in Alberta and has specific advertising rules, including identifying the brokerage. Listing data comes through your local board, such as CREB in Calgary, under its IDX rules.
Alberta PIPA covers what your forms collect. The full breakdown, from testimonials to titles, is on the realtors in Alberta page. Rules change, so check your regulator’s current standard.
The pages that win the work
Separate paths for buyers and sellers. A home evaluation request suits sellers early in the process, while buyers can save searches through IDX.
Featured listings
Your listings presented properly, with IDX search available through your board where its rules allow.
Neighbourhood guides
Real local knowledge about schools, amenities and feel. This is where you differ from portals.
Selling with you
Your marketing approach and how you prepare and present a home.
Buying with you
How you guide buyers from first viewing to possession.
About
Your story, experience and approach, with real photos.
Working together in Calgary
I'm based in Calgary, so we meet in person for the kickoff and the design review, at your office or over coffee. Everything in between happens on a shared preview link you can check on your phone.
I work with Calgary clinics, professional firms, builders and owner-run businesses that have outgrown a template site. Most need a site that looks as good as the work they do, explains it plainly and turns visits into booked calls.
I also work with realtors nearby, in Balzac, De Winton, Priddis and Langdon.
Realtors in Calgary: common questions
I'm based in Calgary, so we meet in person for the kickoff and the design review, at your office or over coffee. Everything in between happens on a shared preview link you can check on your phone. For a real estate business, the first meeting is usually about who your best clients are and what they need to see before they book a call to talk about buying or selling.
Searches like “realtor calgary”, “luxury realtor calgary”, “homes for sale calgary” and “best neighbourhoods in calgary”. Buyers search by neighbourhood and price range, sellers by city and "realtor near me". Neighbourhood guides, a Google Business Profile and IDX search help you show up for both. I plan the pages around those searches, so each one lands on a page that answers it.
In Alberta, the Real Estate Council of Alberta sets the advertising standard. Privacy falls under Alberta PIPA. Rules change, so we check the current standard together before launch.
Real estate advertising is regulated. Most rules require clear brokerage identification, accurate claims and care with testimonials and sold data. I build with those rules in mind, but you or your brokerage should confirm the site against your regulator’s current guidance before launch. Team names, sold prices, the MLS® and REALTOR® trademarks, and statements like "top producer" or "#1 agent" are common trouble spots.
Show how you market homes. Pages on preparation, photography, pricing strategy and past results within your board’s rules help sellers picture working with you. A home evaluation request gives them an easy first step. Seller pages also rank for searches that portals do not cover well.
