Web design in Mount Royal / Lower Mount Royal
I design and build websites for Mount Royal and Lower Mount Royal businesses that serve a discerning, established clientele. I'm in Calgary and meet in person.

Send me your site. I’ll look at it the way a local customer would and tell you what I’d change first. Coffee in the neighbourhood is on me if you want to talk it through.
The neighbourhood
Mount Royal is one of Calgary's most established residential neighbourhoods, with large historic homes on quiet streets. Lower Mount Royal, to the north, meets 17th Avenue SW and carries much of the commercial activity, including Mount Royal Village shopping centre and many clinics, salons, boutiques and offices. Clients here tend to expect quality and pay attention to detail.

How people find businesses here
Searches tend to be specific: "aesthetics clinic mount royal", "dentist 17th ave sw", "salon lower mount royal". People often already have a short list and check sites to decide.
Your Google Business Profile and a clear address block do most of the local work. The website gives Google something to confirm, and gives the person searching a reason to choose you over the place next door.
What your website should do
A Mount Royal site should be refined and quietly confident. I use careful typography, real photos of the space and clear, credible service pages. Online booking and directions to the right building matter, but the overall impression matters most.
I’m based in Calgary, so we can meet in person, walk the space if it helps, and take photos that look like the real place.
Mount Royal / Lower Mount Royal: common questions
With restraint. Discerning clients notice cheap templates, stock photos and heavy sales language. I keep the design quiet and precise, show your actual space and team, and explain services in plain terms. Booking is easy to find but never pushy.
Lower Mount Royal is where most businesses are, along 17th Avenue SW. Upper Mount Royal is mostly residential. People search both names and the street, so I use the one that is accurate for you and mention 17th Avenue where it helps people find you.
If your clients ask for it. Many come for the in-store experience, but some want to reorder or buy a gift. A small curated store, usually Shopify, works well. I design it to match the feel of the shop and keep the focus on bringing people in.
