Web design in Mahogany
I design and build websites for Mahogany businesses that serve a young, growing lake community and want to be the local first choice. I'm in Calgary and meet in person.

Send me your site. I’ll look at it the way a local customer would and tell you what I’d change first. Coffee in the neighbourhood is on me if you want to talk it through.
The neighbourhood
Mahogany is a newer lake community in southeast Calgary, built around a large private lake and beach clubs. Its commercial area, including the Mahogany Village Market, serves residents with clinics, cafés, fitness and everyday services. Seton and South Health Campus are a short drive away.

How people find businesses here
Searches are local and practical: "dentist mahogany", "coffee mahogany calgary", "daycare mahogany". Many residents search for the nearest option and compare with Seton.
Your Google Business Profile and a clear address block do most of the local work. The website gives Google something to confirm, and gives the person searching a reason to choose you over the place next door.
What your website should do
A Mahogany site should feel like a neighbour and make booking easy. I put hours, services and online booking up front, and add community-specific details like nearby landmarks and family-friendly notes where relevant.
I’m based in Calgary, so we can meet in person, walk the space if it helps, and take photos that look like the real place.
Mahogany: common questions
By being the closest and easiest choice. Many Mahogany residents prefer to stay in their community if they can. I make sure your site and Google profile are clear about where you are, what you offer and how to book, so you win the "near me" searches nearby.
Programs, hours, ages served, waitlist status and how to apply. Parents compare several options, so clear information and real photos of the space help. I add a simple enquiry or waitlist form and keep any licensing details accurate and current.
Only for orientation. Residents know the lake and clubs well, so mentioning you are near the village market or a club helps them place you. Keep it to directions and avoid implying a relationship with the community association unless you have one.
